i cant figure how to start it...i remember a LONG time ago i saw that lucein lachants or what ever an now im blanked...

you have to kill an innocent person and then go to sleep and lucein lachants will be there.

After u meet Lucein you have to do a mission...go kill some guy, just look at ur quests

First go kill someone.
Then sleep in a safe place and speek to Lucien
He'l ask you to kill an old man that lives at the Ill Omen Inn.
Go to the inn and kill him.
Then go sleep in a safe place and Lucien will tell you the pasword and location of the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary.

If you're interested, when you go to the Ill Omen Inn, there's opportunity to dramatically increase character's sneak ability. You'd have to go to the cheat section to find out how though. I won't put it here in case others aren't interested.
