Lancer

I was in Chorrol when I first got Oblivian. Their was some guy people would tell me about. They complained about the noises coming from his house. So I broke in and went into his basement. He was their wating for me. I went into a room in the back and saw a Mystic Dawn robe and Draedic books, so I attacked him. He summoned up armor and killed me. This was when I first got the game so I hardly knew what was going on. But now after doing the Path of Dawn I found out that agent are under cover spread across the main cities. Has anyone else found any agents not part of their active quest.
