Horse Armor = bad.

But it all depends on your character. Thieve's Den is good if your a thief, but my game tends to bug with it and makes me re-do the quest over and over again (it might happen to you). Vile Lair is perfect if your an assassin, and if you have the money you can get the "Radiant of the Crimson Scar", a shrouded armor that increases the stats shrouded armor would by about 8x (basically 21-24 increation to everything). I think it's the Orrey that isn't worth a download, since you can only use it if you have access to the Arcane Academy. Mehrune's Razor is definitely worth it. Being one of the biggest dungeons in Cyrodiil, it'll have you go through crazy followers, vampires and Argonian laborers. The weapon may not be entirely worth it (thought it would kill in 1 hit), but the quest is fun as a whole.

Ok I have mehrunes razor but IDK where it is, and I'm more of a heavy armor big sword guy, but since I do a bunch of surveys then maybe I'll just get all of them. And after you download something does it just put it somewhere randomly in the game, is there a specified spot, or does it go in your quests?

So your a warrior? They don't have a thing for warriors yet, but I bet one will be coming in the future. As for the DLC, it gets put on a marker on your map, and it prompts you of the quest about it (go here, do that, yadayadayada).
