What is the Hill of Suicides? I have been there and its just a hill with "Restless Souls" standing there and I cant talk to them. I have asked people in random towns and they just say thats where you end up if you dont die like he wants... I have no idea what the deal is with this. Someone please help me!!

umm, if you commit suicide you end up there, or atleast if your an NPC?

There is a quest where a guy will ask you to kill him so he doesn't end up at the Hill.
