follow the main quest line and once you find martin and bring him to some place (forgot the name) you get invited to join the blades

Once you arive at cloud ruler temple north of bruma and have delivered martin talk to jaufree and he will ask you to join.

yeah you gotta do the main quest line and deliver jauffre to the temple or whatever and then brother martin asks you to join

I've delivered Martin but Jaufree never asked me to join. I've talked to him to but I don't really care to join.
