Somehow, I've ended up with over 700 lockpicks. Whenever I'd go to a fence, I'd buy all 100 that they had, and then I realized that I hadn't broken a pick in 40 hours, so I quit buying them. I'd say, if you have the money, the Thieves' Guild fences are the people to see for lockpicks.

I havnt done this yet (cuz I'm lazy) but u could always duplicate it, like yerg said In fact, I'm gonna go cheat...cough...er...duplicate stuff right now

Skeleton Key is the way to go... Never again will you need to worry about breaking another lockpick.
