Ok so right now my repair sucks and I wanted to start being able to repair my own stuff instead of going to someone. So I go to the first trainer for amorer but it say's I already am past that level and I can't get training from her. So I go to the next higher up trainer and it still said I already am past that. The only trainer left is the master one. I don't understand though how i'm still a low level in it. It is one of my minor skills and it is at 16 so I don't know what to do.
It means you got all the training for your level as in main level, rest and level up then talk to her again, you can get 5 training sessions per level.
