You can't cure it once it fully sets in. You can only cure it like right after you get it. Tough luck...but what can ya do?

Uh, yes you can. It's a long, arduous, stupid quest, but you can get Vampirism cured.

NOOOOOOOO!! worst thing to do is to become a vampire,U might like some of the powers it gives u but it sucks that u have to go suck someones blood every 24 hours.And u have to find a cure.U also look old as fuck!
