Im just curious how many levels are there in oblivion? 70 was my guess cause you have 7 major skills.

Gosh, I don't remember. I'm trying to remember how many were in Morrowind. I'm thinking near 50 or 80, but I don't recall well enough to be sure about that. | |

Can't you just go to jail to lose some of your points then get them back to level up again? | |

I was thinking that since you have 7 major skils and those are the only ones that effect your total level that it would be 70 because you gain a level every 10 skills levels that go up.

when you have all of your major skills maxed out, without going to jail and getting them back up, then you are a lvl 50. I am a 50 and i think that its kind of cheap that you can go to jail and then get your skills back up thats y im not going to do it. | |

Ya I think its 50, but like said above you could go to jail and level up again, which totally struck my mind untill now... I might try that later after I get bored

no u dont go up when u go to jail but when it decreases your major skills you can get them back up which will increase ur lvl but i think its kind of cheap thats why im not going to do it. | |

What you guys are saying is that you can get past level 50? I think that is pretty cool, but then again, If you say you are a level 51+ people are gonna think your lying, not really worth the hassle IMO
