Well, I think Grand Souls Gems are the best, since they are less annoying to find than black ones, and put Grand Souls in them, TheMinotaur Lord has a grand soul...

It's part of the main questline. Martain says to go to the shrine of
Azura to bring him the star for the portal, but instead of giving him the star give him any other Daedric artifact.
