I've found stealing from the Blades Temple armory is a good place. Some of the armor is worth 0 but the kattana I think is worth like 300 when I sold it.

this is what i've used so far:

Imperial city market districk:The weapon shop, and the other store where the lady complains about thoromir.

Bruma: armor shop just get the stell helmet and the most expensive sword.

homes: not so good but sometimes you get a very nice trinket.

PLUSES to stealing: i have like 20 repair hammers extra from stealing. i use the stolen ones and i have a big on my face.
