Well, it wouldn't matter because drops are random (some aren't).

Have you done the Shrine of Boethia's quest?

It is basically an arena match where you fight 10 straight people who have awesome armor and weapons (to your level).

When I did it, I got 3 Daedric Helms in a row and I was talking to GreekyLuvsNubz and he was doing the same quest as me and he hadn't found a helm at level 40+. So I milked that for all it was worth and annoyed him for the rest of the day about it...
