Where is the wizard tower? Doesn't matter, I'm going to "acquire" it if its good or not. Funny, my friend downloaded it, he won it on some website (the horse armor one), and couldn't get the key to work. | |

The only relation it has to the mages guilds is that Frostcrag Spire has teleporters that can take you to the mages guilds. It says that you inherit it from "A long-lost relative." So it is 100% yours, just like any house you would buy.
Make sure you buy the Orrery quest too. There are tons of nice enchanted things in the loot. Even at low levels.

Style, After you finish The Orrery you can go there every day to get a different spell(each days spell replacing the day before) And they add 20 points to 1-3 stats and minus 20 points to 1-3 stats.
And this may sound stupid but I could find the quote button.

I have the wizard tower but I got suspended from the mages guild so do you have to be in the mages guild to acsess the orrery?
P.S I got suspended for touching a plate. (still preaty mad about it to).

BTW, I still can't find the Wizard's Place or w/e on my map. What is it located as?
