the closest thing to freezing that mine does is, whenever im walking through the rain or something like that it starts lagging up.

My game's only frozen once, when I was a vampire and I waited for like 12 hours. But my game's used, so I'd expect it to mess up a couple of times.

Its really funny because the Xbox 360 didn't have problems at launch, there was no faulty 360's and no overheating 360's but one PS3 at E3 froze.  | |

yeah well the 360 disks have to be kept in good condition, mine rarely freezes and that only when i play for like 14 hours, just keep your games in a good case
