ok well my first question about oblivion is where the hell do u buy lock picks???? ive been searching far and wide and i can only find like 3.

also i am on the main quest where you have to get rid of the spies. i just talked to the hobo guy who says that there is a new visitor in jules house. but when i go to report it to bards it doesnt come up as a topic. any thoughts?

just deup lockpicks...thats what i do

and if you want 2 play it right you could go 2 the theives guild i heard the guy there sells 30 then like on the castle wall theres this guy who just stands there and he sells 30 also

An easy way to complete the part of the main quest is to go into her house, kill both of them, and sneak out through her basement.

And are you level 10? Because if you are you can start the Shrine of Nocturnal quest to get the Skeleton Key.

outside the Imperial City along the outer-wall by the horses stable (on the southern side) there is a guy named Shady Sam. he sells lockpicks. also you just buy them from ppl in the Thieves Guild. finally you can just go goblin hunting; they always have lockpicks
