I think you can steal some glass daggers from somewhere in the mages guild. But I think you need to pick a lock that is a hard or very hard.

The ones in the displays are fake and brake with one hit, just wait untill you get higher in levels and they will be everywhere....

Yea i think once you hit lvl 16 you will begin seeing more glass weapons on bandits and mauraders

lvl 15+ you start seeing glass
lvl 20+ Daedric starts coming into view and most people wear glass

when you get to a higher level thieves start wearing glass armor but they dont have glass weapons all the time

yes around lvl 25 to 30 all bandits and people around and in caves will carry....

at 26 i found and entire glass suit


btw the helm usually doesnt show up til around 40 sry to disapoint

ya the glass helmets are hard to come by, so were the daedric at first, but then a bunch of ppl had them
