when you join the dark brotherhood you meet a vampire. During the early mages guild quests you meet Count Skingrad, a vampire, and some of his vamp enemies. you have loads of chances to becomne a vamp.

just go find a vampire and fight them contracting the disease and dont cure it. that will turn you to a vampire.
