i am already in it and i am on my independant thievery quest. So i have to steal stuff and sell it to that guy or is their something else i have to do because i have sold him a lot of things...somebody please help.

you have to fence a certain amout to the guys and once you do youll be contacted, it should tell you in the upper corner, itll flash and show your fence, just keep selling until it says something about the Gray Fox

It doesn't matter if it's stole, just any item you can sell them. And the first quest is when you fence 100 gold.

EVERYTHING counts towards your fence amount.... Thats what I was getting at.

Check your current quests and make sure it doesnt say there.

And if you sold a lot of things, it should also tell you that you can accept your next job from one of the doyens.
