I walked from Leyawin to the Brena River, north of Anvil. It was my holy journey for beating the mages guild, I felt that because it was so easy I would do something hard. Besides getting hounded by Imperial Foresters which appear out of nowhere (I have constant detect life.), I managed to step foot on Hammerfell. If you go to the mouth of the Brena where it opens into the Abacean Sea you can get both feet onto Hammerfell. My feet are submerged in water barely, but I'm standing on solid ground. Not much to do though. I'm cool.
