|  360 needs to go in...
Right after I downloaded the new GoW maps, I went to play them and my 360 just started freezing. I turned the Xbox off and on and tried it about 10 times, each time the console froze somewhere between the dashboard and the game lobbies.
I called in to the support line for xbox, and they said that since it did the freezing, even with the harddrive off, that it was because of the actual system.
What a coincidence that this happens right after I d/l the GoW maps lol...
And also, no Command and Conquer on release, and no Halo 3 beta when it comes. 
Does anybody know how long this whole process takes, or should I just give my Crackdown to a freind, and let him have it and play the beta whenever I go to his house or what?
Ill survive though. :/

man that sucks man i feel ur pain really...i think i would go ballistic...from what i've heard it can take anywhere from 2 weeks.....to 6weeks (some kid on here said microsoft had his for 6 weeks...but thats bullshit, he must not be calling them on a regular basis or something...idk tho) good luck man...u got 2 weeks till the H3 beta comes out, maybe you'll have it back by then...maybe not...good luck.

Yeah probably 2-3 weeks...you might be able to get it back before halo 3 beta comes out if you're very lucky. My first box broke about 4 days before GoW came out so I made it a point not to play it to much until the beta comes out...I'd be so pissed if it broke before the beta.

First call was at future shop march 22nd, The woman at future shop talked the first 5 mins and was a real bitch telling the woman off, Phoned back on april 12th to see if they even botherd to send me the box, I was told they never sent it cause the woman that i talked to last time felt threatend by the woman at future shop. Got the Box on april 17th, Sent it. (Phoned yesterday and this is what I was told) They recived my xbox 360 on the 20th of april and the box was destroyed (Purolator is a trash shipping company). It took microsoft 10 days to claim the shipping insurance on the package. I was told my new 360 would ship by friday (the 4th of may) and should be here in about a week.
Even if its a refurb I don't care has long has I get a 360 back.

^^^WOW...man thats horrible. Just look on the bright side. you are going to get it back. i cant believe all that happened to your xbox though, i would have gone crazy.
