If you experience problems, please read below for some common user based issues:

-- Latency while viewing VoD (video freezes, only audio, buffers non-stop, choppy picture, etc):
From WMP10 or WMP11 (Make sure its maximized):
1) Tools
2) Options
3) Performance
- Choose Conection Speed
- Force connection to LAN (10 mbps or higher)

Also under Performance, change buffer to 30 seconds of content

-- Firefox
If for some reason, your Firefox is not capable of viewing VoD, it is most likely because you are missing an add-on.

To fix this so you can watch Meadowlands, please try it with IE (6 or greater)

Also, if you prefer to view VoD in WMP, you can do this:
1) On the embedded video page right click the video window and click Properties.
2) Highlight the text in the Location: (it usually starts "mms or http" and ends "wmv or asx". Copy the text (Press Ctrl + C)
3) Open Media Player, goto File the Open URL.
4) Paste text (Press Ctrl + V), click OK.

If your problem is not similar to the ones above, or if the fixes do not work for you, then submit a Helpdesk Ticket to the Video onDemand department.

I done this, it stopped lagging for me so i say give it a try!

but ill keep updating games that they show on vod..cant find brackets so im lost on other games.
