you ever realise that the doller is not worth shit so the EURO or w/e icelandic people use is twice that of the the doller and so therefore it only costs you $110 To buy a game from there and costs then there equivalant of the price you pay?

games are £35-£40 thats about $70-$80 dollers give or take a few BUT £40 to us is like spending $40 to you.

if it didnt cost so much to get stuff shipped from the US we could buy games for around £15-£20 from the US coz the £ is worth twice as much as the doller is.

although games are pretty expansive, it doesn't stop the majority of people that ive talked to so ms and other compaines would just jack up the prices

what i find funny is you guys have to pay $120 the H3 Legendary edition wen we in the UK only pay £60

is it really that much, think of all the time and money dumped into these games. Plus with inflation. Its no something like Nike who charges 120 bucks for shoes that they released in my 8th grade, and I'm about to graduate college. Or for something like abercrombie and fitch. Who pays for that garbage. I want to pay 80 dollars for jeans that are already ripped for me. Tons of people spend two to three years developing something and 60 dollars isnt that bad. Bottled water is bad, 1-2 dollars for something you can get out of a pipe. Fortified with minerals my ass. Sure it sucks to pay for it, but in retrospect, they could be a lot more. We used to pay 40-50 for a nintendo 64 game so to think that they haven't hiked prices with every new system isn't so bad.

my point is YES $120 to me is £60 BUT $120 to you is like me having to pay £120 so yes as your country use's dollers and earn wage's in dollers your paying $120 of your dollers for a game when in the UK we pay £60 of our money and not £120

But it's kind of hard to say, developers put a lot of trouble into making these games, it only makes sense that they get the money they deserve... although 60 bucks a game IS pretty high...

I love it when people complain about the price of games going up, when you're actually paying less nowadays since the average income has increased since then.

its the same amount in the sense of the EXCHANGE RATE

BUT

in the sense of the country and how much people earn you paying $100 for sumthing cost you $100, us paying £100 cost us £100, but if you want to do it on the exchange rate

you paying £100 will cost you $200 for me paying $100 only cost me £50 of my hard erned money

so in theory fife IM TWICE AS RICH AS YOU ARE
