Do You Think Games Are Too Expensive?

For those who hate the prices of games here in the US (me included) for X360 ($60) PS3 ($60 and Wii ($50), stop whining now - check out these prices from Iceland:

Any X360 Game = Equivalent of $110
Any PS3 Game = Equivalent of $110
Any Wii Game = Equivalent of $120

Its always worse somewhere else hehe. Gunna look at prices in other countries too, that maybe top these prices.

i think they are expensive but it doesn't stop me from buying games..yet. I own 40 xbox 360 games.

Yeah the good 'ole evened out $50 for an xbox game was nice. Next gen consoles was just an excuse to raise them to $60 in my opinion.

I think they should all be the same price as the japanese games roughly $39.99 - $49.99 CAN, I hate forking over $80 - $100 for games, unless of course something with a peripheral like Guitar Hero 2.

Though the costs of making a game, are equal to the cost of buying a game, especially for the shitty games, its the only way they can make back their money because of the expenses, but a hit like GoW should get cheaper faster than shitty games, but its all about money.

Microsoft lost money when selling the 360, so they need to make some major profit somewhere.

Canadaian games are about $60 canadian so it looks like we are getting a pretty good deal compared to there lol.

Whenever I see like 20 pounds for a game I'm like 'holy crap they're cheap' then I do the conversion and it's about the same American -_-; I miss the affordable price ranges. I could do 30-40 dollar for a game, but 50 is a bit expensive...it adds up. Though I did pay 72 dollars for three games the other day.
