well I always have a max of 98 friends, I always like to keep 2-3 spots for FR's. Most of the people on my friends list are the guys on the forms as well as H2F. So it gets pretty big all of the time.
Well back when i was a super big halo freak like most people i had a bunch of people from H2F my friends and some semi-known people.I always kept a few spots open for MLG or something. But when i got pissed at halo and traded it in i cleared off my list a decent amount. I removed a bunch from H2F (besides a few that where super cool) randoms, and people who just only played halo and do not mix it up. Then i got my 360 and came here. I have a pretty good amount of people from this forum. I have a bunch of friends that have live so there on my list and i still have a few from H2F. But usually every couple of days i clear off a few people i dont play with or know very well. My list is usually no lower than 95 friends or full. But i cant stand getting random FR's if you want to play with me send it with a god damn message unless of course i know for sure who you are but otherwise i decline it.
Tips for staying on charlies friends list.
-dont be a pest
-Mix up the games you play
-play with me once and awhile
