|  Has anyone had to send a box back?
Hey today my 360 just decided to freeze everytime i put a game in xbox/360 games both would freeze on me so im going to send it back. Does anyone know what steps i need to go through in order to get a new one?
Oh BTW heres what happened in H2 the 1st time it froze this morning. Link

ya you call 1-800-4-my-xbox and tell them about it and they will send you a box and everything.

Do you know if its going to be a refurb or new? Because i know people back in january were saying they were getting refurb ones but thats when the supply was low. I hope i can get a new one.
