Anyway, I played the demo, and the team did a great job. Its just like the previous game with ability integration, but better graphics and new mechanics. And Silver the Hedgehog's abilities look redicoulously rape. I was a fan of Sonic on all platforms, so I am strongly considering buying this. Renting, at the very least.

Back on topic...I thought the Sonic demo was quite disappointing...camera is very bad, and the "homing" jump system is terrible...not fast enough...

So far this is a rental... | Yeah I really dissapointed me when I was playing it aswell. But other than the graphics and everything else was top notch for a sonic game. I hope they really fix that shit.... If not then its going to be a rental....

i wasnt impressed, graphics looked like it could be done on xbox1, and the camera takes like 10 seconds to fully turn around, you can also just hold forward, and keep pressing A and its pretty automatic

Well i decided to D/L it and try it and i must say it still needs some work. Im not feeling the camera one bit. I dont have a problem with the graphics but idk it seems like its lost too much of its original sonic feel.....

Yeah.. this new game seems slow and easy. The homing attack/jump dash in this game is slow and really kills the speed and gameplay that the dreamcast games had. I'm still going to get this game anyway but I feel like Sonic Team has once again done a half-ass job on something that should've been great... | |

i downloaded it and i liked it, sure its not like the old sonic games but remember its still a demo, the full game will proberly be a lot better when its released, i'm still gonna get it when its released.

Yeah I am kinda riding on the hope. I know the game will be better (the demo level is just a tiny fraction of the whole level if you didn't know) but the ctontrols, camera, and gameplay are crappy compared to the dreamcast sonic games. | |
