Need help! Answer questions please!

1. Is there a way I can put voice output for my games on my 360, speakers only, instead of taking my mic out? I still wanna talk, but I want the output on speakers only.

2. How can I turn up the volume for people's voices instead of turning the knob on the botton of the mic to the right? I still can barely hear people with my headset on. Thanks!

1. Go to personal settings and change. Go to personal setting by pressing the middle button.

For number 2 i really dont think it is possible to increase the voice output besides the knob on the headset itself.
