WOW!!! my 360 SUCKS

OKAY, THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I HAD TO TYPE THIS THE 1ST TIME MY NEPHEW CAME AND DELETED IT, THE SECOND IT SAID I WASN"T LOGGED IN. sorry 4 caps, I'm so freaking sick and tired of typing the same thing over and over again. Ok, here is my problem in a nutshell. I bought my 1st 360 2 weeks ago, returned it 3 days later because it had a E67 hard drive error so I exchanged it for another one. I still have the 360 I got from the exchange as well as the receipt so if it gets down to it, I can return the damned thing. Anyway, I have 4 games: Madden 07 (bought it 3 days ago) Dead Rising (Bought it 4 days ago) CoD3 (bought with the 360) and GoW (bought with the 360). Madden 07 freezes constantly and says it's a bad disc, clean it with a soft cloth and reset the system. Dead Rising also says it's a bad disc to clean it, etc (for Madden and Dead Rising, it happens while I'm playing so it actually reads the disc to start playing). CoD3 can't be played for more than an hour without noticing major drop in FPS (more commonly known as lag). GoW, I also notice lag, not as hefty as CoD3, but after awhile (maybe an hour to 2) it lags as well. I think there's something wrong with my 360. Besides the fact that all of my games are less than 2 weeks old, none with scratches or blemishes, I downloaded the RB6:V MP demo and that even froze playing it /w no disc in. I thought it was overheating so I bought a computer desktop fan and put it behind the 360 (I've stood it up and laid it down, still has problems both ways) to keep it cool. I still have the Madden 07 receipt and the 360 receipt, if I return the system I'm exchanging Madden for another one as well incase it was the disc. Is my 360 a complete POS or is this normal? (doubt it lmao) I'm just curious if I should return it or do they all freeze/lag. I hope I didn't pay $400 for a system I can't play for more than an hour at a time. So, should I return it? Also, incase I have to return it how do I get my xbox live account onto the new 360?

I sort of figured so but is this happening to anyone else. Is the only way to fix it is to get a new one? I got no prob with that I'm just curious. Also, how do I remove my GT from the POS 360?

have you ever thought that the lag might be caused by your joining shit hosts? or youv'e just got a slow internet connection maybe??

Dead Rising is a singleplayer game, therefore my connection would not matter, and Madden I don't play online either, it all freezes online. And CoD3 I quit and change games very often, it doesn't lag when I start it up but like an hour later it starts to lag even if I didn't change games. I got time warner cable tho so my connection is fine I can host most games and no one complains. Alrdy 5 yes and 0 no, probably taking the 360 back tomorrow or friday hopefully.

Tell your dad his mind is totally inferior when it comes to technology and return it. Be nice about it though, if he bought it for you he could take it like you don' love him anymore! HAHAHAA

Return your box. Thats not a good thing if it keep freezing they will prolly fix it for free .

I don't have to return it to get it fixed, I bought it at wal-mart and they will happily exchange it for another unopened one. I believe they send them back to microsoft for fixes. If the new one doesn't work, I can keep exchanging til I get one that works lol.
