Dangerous red planet render.

Since other planet renders have been showing up which look sweet, I thought try one myself so I made my first planet render from scratch which took me 3 hours to make. I'm making another one or two tomorrow which then I'll put them together and make a background, like L1nks but obviously wont be as good as I'm still a beginner using paint shop pro and photoshop.

Here it is....

What you think of it for a first?
As you can see it's too dangerous to live on. lol

lol, looks like a meat ball. but yea, its not bad for a first. it rapes mine tho, my first was horrid.

It's not bad at all, but I think it could have a more "real" texture to it (it looks like something you'd see on Starfox). But for your first try you did pretty good.

lol, Great for your first.. But it looks like you grabbed a big fat clumb of red glowing jam and threw it on a planet - But who am I to talk, If I made a planet it'de probably come out something like this:
