I know there isn't a major sig request line going, but I thought I would put this forward.

If this could get stickied, that'd be great.

Us sig makers are not miracle workers. We do not read minds. If you want a signature, or an avatar, and want to post a request here, there is certian information you need to give before your request will even be looked at by an artist. It's just that simple. Without this information, we can't understand your request, and then we can't give you what you want.

With that said, if at all possible, when posting a request for a siggy, use this format to let us know what you want:

Size: 500x140, 400x150, etc. All avatars will be 90x90 unless requested otherwise.
Text: If applicable. What text you want on the picture.
Color: What is the basic color(s) you want on the sig?
Style: Grunge, Tech, Fantasy, Abstract, etc.
Render: Give a general description of a render(s) you want, or a link to one.
Name: Want your name on it? Say so.

You can even copy that exact thing. As a matter of fact, it'd be preferred if you did. Let me give you a few quick examples of what to post, and what NOT to post.

This is an exmaple of a BAD post:

No information. We can't help you. Sorry.

Now, a GOOD post:

The second one gives all the information we need to begin your signature, without asking further questions. It makes it easier on us AND you if you do it right the first time. Oh, and, do be so kind as to use correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation when you post a request. Having to decypher a post to figure out what the person's trying to say is not fun.

I hope this helped. I don't know if you guys like it more this way or how you were doing it, but I have felt first-hand that it helps more in making a signature for others.
