have your four star driving skill then take the suv to a flat wall and drive into it until your front tires get onto the wall and just as the back ones touch the wall hold the B buton. then then you are driving up the wall listen for that sound that means your going to jump the car, when this happens release B and quickly press and hold it again. repeat until your at the top. its tricky bu you can get at least 2 achievements by doing that up the agency tower.
