This is new to people? I heard it a WHILE back - even recorded it as well. It is rare though - it's not like you hear every game.

it's probably not mario but he makes a similar noise.. I only ever saw it in h2 twice then I heard it last night while playing the beta and sent it to Z. it sounds like it's the guy that drives by on the ghost.. perhaps he splatters someone or something?
