It looks like a lot of these glitches are from the recent teleport glitch. Knowing how screwed up things become when a host leaves on eradication and it starts from the beginning again, I reckon they do this by the host leaving whilst you're in the spawn room or something like that. Someone try it and see if you can figure it out.
