i think that they should come with a mouse and keyboard thats wireless, but at the same time it would be a fun experience to play with the controller

I'm sure M$ will release one for this game playing an RTS with a controller doesn't work well most of the time. It's possible to since the 360 has usb ports all over the place. We will just have to wait and see.
