Do you think Halo Wars may take some hype away from Halo 3?????
Well do you????? Personally i think its taken away a little already. Everyones just talking about this game and nothing about h3 anymore. I mean im sure it will change once we get some gameplay footage from H3 but do you think it was a smart move to release info on another halo game before the one they are working is not even released yet??????
This just equals more sales to them, which in turn, equals better business.
I agree. Since people know Halo 3 is the last of the series, I guess you can say, they do and do not want the game to come out, because if it does, it's the end of the series. Now that Halo Wars is coming out, there might be a new series, (Halo Wars 2...3... and so on) to look forward to.
I think it will just bring more hype to the game, when i saw that trailer for halo wars i was like dam thats good i hope h3's graphics will be like that it just got me exicited for halo in general. I think it was a good ways to get people back into the craze for a new game and we should all prepare ourselves for the soon coming preveiws of h3. Halo Wars is ganna be sweet but Halo 3 will be all the more sweeter, if this trailer is implying that the graphics will be that good.
No way, RTS' are 100% different playstyle from FPS'. People who are looking forward to halo 3 are still looking forward to halo 3, and people who were into warcraft 3 are now looking at halo wars.
If anything I think this game adds to the hype of Halo 3. Seeing how those who play FPS games generally dont play RTS i dont think bungie will have to wory about halo wars taking away from the sales of Halo 3. Also is a complelty diffent game and I doubt it will lure any hardcore FPS players.

I wonder what Peter Jackson's halo game will be though? I'm guessing ti has to do with his the Halo movie that is going ot come out. It would make alot of sencse. But yeah, they said it would be completly original and diffrent, so maybe it will be just as new as the Halo Wars game.
I don't think Halos story can ever end. lol It's so freaking cool. I wouldn't be that surprised if Bungie made a "Halo: The beggining" or somthing like that years after Halo 3 coems out, and they focus on FPS battles in spartan training, Reach, etc. lol
