Sorry to have to spam the video section of this forum with another Quality Test thread but I do post a lot of video on here and I am trying to improve my quality as reccomended by many of you.
SOME INFO: Pinnacle 510-USB CC, VDub software with Huvvey Compressor & Deinterlacer Filter, Rendered in Vegas at Quality Peak VBR

Here are some questions:
(1) It only allows me to capture at an odd video size (something like 352 x 140). It doesn't seem like I can alter this, can I? (This may be a problem when trying to fix the project size in Vegas - I don't want to have to crop everything or use a template.)
(2) How is the brightness, contrast, saturation, sharpness?
(3) I am thinking about switching to a Dazzle 170 CC. The problem is that I don't think this would work with VDub but would fix the video size problem. Any thoughts?
EDIT: One nice thing I noticed is that VDub captures WAAAYYYYYY better sound than Pinnacle - the volume levels are nice and it sounds crisp.
