Capture Card Problems *Help*

So I have been having problems with my Capture card lately. Here are some of the problems using certain programs. I have a Dazzle DVC 90.

Pinnacle Studios
Whenever I go to capture using this on my computer it always doubles the speed. Why? How can I fix it? It's annoying.

WMM
Drops frames all the time.

Vegas
Doesn't read any capture card when it's plugged in and not being used by other programs.

I tired Virtualdub also but it didn't work, I forgot why it didn't but no program seems o work.

IDK i would have though vegas or WMM would have worked....Is your comp up to date????

IDK well if you cant seem to fix it i recommend getting an ATI wonder PRO. They are just simply amazing and there only like $60.

i would try v dub it probally isnt working b.c ur forgeting a step. also check to make sure it is pluged in all theway. and ur comp may b to slow to handle that cap card
