|  Capture Card Question?
I was wondering what to buy and i saw a pretty cheap capture card and i was wondering if it was a good one to buy heres the brand and model ---- Pinnacle PCTV Pro PCI TV Tuner Card ----- I was just wonder if i had good quality? |

Hmmm well i have never heard of that CC but the ATI wonder pro is a PCI tv tuner card and the quality you can get from that is amazing. So i guess it cant be that bad?

If your going for Internal CC, get ATI tv wonder pro, check fif3's Tutorial, AMAZING QUALITY

I have a pinnacle studio 500 usb. It does the job.
You want component inputs if possible, if not S-video or standard A/V works fine. You want to capture directly to your PC if possible, if you have a DVR that works fine too. You can capture through your VCR as well, but the quality suffers. After that it's all about how you edit and compress, as Axel said. | |

how bout the ati tv wonder not the pro model does that still have good quality or is it not worth buying? | |
