Hi guys. I recently found that my damn splitters are broken. So, before I went out to buy a new set, I noticed the back of my Pyro has A/V Output. So, my question is can I use a new set-up that looks like this?

Capture Card - - - - - (Firewire)Computer
: (Output)

T.V.

Thus eliminating the need of many components needed for a usual capture card.

I know this probably does work, but I just want to make sure. Last time I tried something without making sure, I spent 400$ on trash.

its not trash man trust me it took me awhile 2 sort it out aswell but now its amazing, i jus use comosite (standard) in my TV and then put the RGB in2 my cap card and its rapes... unless im reading it wrong and u didnt ask that?

yes it is possible to go thru the pryo in and out and still capture i have done so b4.

best way tho is to split or capture with the Compenent cables as it does so in 480i and the quality is alot better then anything else
