What's up everybody?

I know I've been gone for quite some time. A lot of you might remember the Gears vids I used to post way back in the day.

I am posting a link to my Halo 3 Matchmaking Montage. I play Halo casually. I only play matchmaking and don't do GB or MLG. It's just a fun game for me.

I wanted the montage to have a lot of variety in the maps and weapons played. I made sure to toss in a ton of multi-kills, snipes and sticks. I think there are 20 overkills. The playlists featured range from social to ranked and MLG to multi-team.

Sweet montage man, I really enjoyed it.

I wish montages were more like this, I hate watching all BR gametypes with snipes or sticks all the time. I like a variety of kills every now and then.

Too much stock put in "you weren't playin pros, nub" shit and not enough entertainment. It wasn't all super edited which was great. Just some speed up and slow mo. Very good montage.

No offense but there really wasn't much variety at all here.

Not a bad montage but it didn't really wow me either. Nothing to set it apart from the others. Still better then a lot thought, good job

Well what's you're definition of variety?

It had team slayer, objective, big team battle, multi-team, and there could have been some MLG. Multi kills, snipes, nice sticks, sprees, vehicle kills... I don't know how much more can be included in a halo 3 montage.

There's just about every gametype... ranked and social... team slayer, objective, big team, MLG, multi-team, doubles. i think the only thing not in there is rocket race. lol.

anyways, no big deal though. people have criticized halo montages that were way better than mine. i really just wanted to make something entertaining. something with good music that people may not have heard (nothing mainstream) and some interesting clips.

as long as people don's post "please give me 10 minutes of my life back" i am happy.

expect gold for gears 2... i will be back

Yeah I remember your GoW tages, they were the best at the time. I guess it just didnt seem like there was very much variety to me because most of it was just overkills and triples. Gametypes don't really mean much to me its how you kill people.

I've got to say that it seems like I, personally, have been enjoying the "For Fun" montages more than the "Pro" montages as of late. It wasn't necessarily the best gameplay, and it wasn't necessarily the coolest editing, but it was enough that I found it entertaining. The song choice was good (don't remember hearing any of them prior to this). The pacing was good. And I enjoyed it. Good montage, man.
