^ Well I don't want to waste the gas to wal-mart if it doesn't exist. I cant find a setup for hooking a cap card up to a 360 on here or on h2f.

There is one. It comes with the premium, and if you have the core, you have to purchase it seperately. It comes with the HD and Composite cables. So I hope that answers your question.

Yeah I have the premium, I plugged HDTV cables into back of my TV and used reg AV cables plug into my adapter, it all works now tho.

If your looking for something like the old that you could plug in an s-video cable to and what not there is some madcats thing i bought because i need the advance the av pack for my capture card. Just go to walmart or best buy and you should find it.
