I'm stuck in the tunnels where the deep water is, I have no idea where to go...I figured I have to go down
in the water, but I get to a GIANT Slaughterfish and then it leads me out into the bay, can someone please help me out?

I managed to find my way, and I've past it.

Still though, if anyone knows of any good walkthroughs caould you please let me know.

A good place to check is http://oblivion.gamewikis.org/wiki/Main_Page, they have walkthroughs for just about every quest (and info on every creature as well).

I'm upto to "Boots of Springheel Jak" now, and can't seem to pick the right time that he's home, if anyone knows when he's home please let me know...then I can go down there and rape some vamps lol

Oh and BTW, I can now use the last fence (Fathis Ules) but all he says when I take shit to him to sell is "Our buisness is finished" or something, and he's meant to be in the Elven Gardens (Imperial City) but he's in chorrol, it's like he's stuck there or something. Can anyone shed some light on the problem?

Idk when the right time he's home at, but I'd say sometime during the morning to afternoon (when I started it he was just home right away).
