Chorrol Mages Guild recomendation READ!

Ok so for those of you who haven't done the Chorrol Mages Guild recomendation or if your going to create a new character then read this. Ok so for this quest the Guild Leader asks you to talk to Errana (sp?) and find out what she's up to. She asks you to go find a book called "Fingers of the Mountain" well go back and tell the Guild Leader what she told you he will tell you to disregard her order to bring it to her and bring it to him. So go get the book but DON'T give the Guild Leader the book.

Return the book to Errana and she will tell you to wait a day and talk to her again to get your reward. Well after you wait for a day and talk to her she gives you a note and tells you that you can aquire a powerful spell by going back to where you got the book and firing a shock spell while you have a weyland stone at the middle column. Well if you don't have a weyland stone than you can get them numerous places but an easy place is in the Alyeid Ruins. Once you have one go back and just like it say's fire a shock spell at the middle column (the broken one) you will get struck by lighting but be ok. You have just received a powereful shock spell that damages 60points within 5 feet of the target.

Well you may say well now I can't get my recomendation to get in the Mages Guild but your wrong. Now go back and talk to the Chorrol Mages Guild Leader again and tell him that you gave the book to Errana. He will tell you that if you return the book to him you will still get the recomendation. So now just go back to the inn where Errana was staying at and go to the last room upstairs. The door was open for me. Now look towards the ground and their will be a chest with a very easy lock. Open it and take the book and return it to the Guild Leader. You now have your recomendation and a very powerful spell to go along with it. Also don't worry you not giving him the book won't have any reprucusions.

Good find indeed, I would make a new guy to do that soon, since I need to doi t for the fighters guild quests...

Well my dad should actually get the credit he was sitting next to me and said why don't I just save it and give it to her and find out what happens so I tried it and it worked.

Yea, I did that already...You can also do it the other way around (give it to Mage's guild, go to his room, take the book, give it to Errana) but my magika Destruction skill isn't high enough yet to use it, it's a really good spell.
