right, this is realy gay, im on a Fighters Guild Quest were u have to kill Azani Blackheart. Well i killed him, but i saw on OblivioWiki that u have to give him Blackheart's ring. i have the ring, but it wont let me give it to him. without giving him the ring, i cant advance, and i cant get my new contract. to complicate things even further, he doesnt walk unless ur within like 3 feet of him, and hes WALKING all the way from Leyawiin to the Fighters Guild hall in Chorrol!!  i think im just going to load a previous save

plus ive found almost all the caves ive found like 276 locations and compeleted like 190 side quests
