I have a bit of a problem. I was walking the Red Ring road trying to get my marksman skill up and killing people/ creatures. Well, I have a bounty of 6000, and it won't let me pay the fine. It lets me resist arrest or go to jail. If I resist, I just get a bigger bounty. If I go to jail, I either lose tons of stats, or break out and get a bigger bounty. WTF can I do?? Please help soon cuz I wanna play! hah.

ok i dont know if this has been asked..but i didnt want to read through 16 pages of stuff....sooooo.......should i do the main quest right away or level up?? (im only really talking about the first gate.) im letting my friend barrow oblivion and he is going off of a online guid and he said it said to do the the first gate first...but i always heard to do it after leveling up....what should i do?

Yeah some parts are harder/easier post leveling. What I did was lvl to 8 beat the first oblivion gate, then the arena, then the a guild or 2, then a little bit more of test, the rest of the guilds, then the rest of the quest. (well I havent finished, but thats my plan, so far its worked really really really really really well)

i would say dont finish the main quest until you reach level 20+ because if you finish the main quest, all the oblivion gates go away, and oblivion gates have some of the best loot in the game. u can get daedric weapons at an early level, and tons of other good stuff, and once you hit level 20, you can find the best loot possible. on the flip side, if you havent beaten the main quest by level 15, the enimies are at your level and gaining as you gain. but that can always be made easier by using the difficulty slider.

i did half of the main quest like about to go up to lvl 15, like i had the moon by my compass and everything for like half the quest. and it was easy, and fun, and a great experience, but now that the oblivion gates are gone, i have lost one of the greatest oppurtunities in the game to get some of the coolest gear. im not saying that if u close them ull never get daedric stuff, one u hit lvl 20 u can find daedric stuff on people too. its just a funner to go get it in the oblivion gates, and besides, once you get into enchanting stuff, the sigil stones that u get from the oblivion gates can help u create some of the tightest shit ever.

It doesn't matter when you do what in the game.... All the monsters are either a little lower the same or higher levels then you. If you grow a level, the monsters grow a level.

Ok, i am sorta stuck. This isn't crucial quest or anything but i need to know what forts are the best for locating the drink Shadowbanish (i think thats what its called) well if anyone could help it would be much appreciated. Also, what is a good ruin to loot?
