On one of the quests you have to talk to bothiel but he/she is in the orrery and I dont have the key to get in so I did the orrery quest but I have to give the items also to bothiel. Ive waited, slept, and done other stuff but I cant figure out whats going on.

I did the same thing and it wont let me in either im curious if there is a lvl restriction on the quest i dont think they expect me to be 40 and doing this quest.... also that screws you on a mages guild quest so you cant becom arch mage
