Hand to Hand

Well, ive been wondering, is there really a reason to use Hand to Hand at all.
I just cant seem to think of a good reason to not use a weapon and duke it out with my fists.

Bragging rights. When your friends say how hard it was for them to do a specific quest with their enchanted character, you can say,
"That's nothin, idiot. I did that with ma FISTS! Bitch."

But really, they should've made the fists really powerful at full skill. Coz I've got enchanted cuffs that fortify Hand to Hand 20 and I've also got 100 to that skill already and STILL it only deals out 11 damage per punch... So in the end I've got a lvl.23 Khajit with 100 hand to hand and my next best weapon skill is Blade with 37... Blows monkey hose...
