Yet another GH2 question...

So....im trying to get 5 stars on all medium songs...and i have....except for around 3 songs. I was wondering....To get 5 stars....do you have to get a certain percentage of notes hit?....or get a certain number of points?

Yes...this is probably a simple question...but i need to know.

Also...this is a bonus question....i have beat all of the hard songs...except for around 5(the last five)....any hints to help me out?

For your first question, I honestly think it's a combination. I remember 4-starring several songs with 190k points (free bird comes to mind) I believe note streaks might have an effect as well. As for your second, HOPO's will become your best friend, you're gonna have to use 'em to do those hard solos in hangar 18, carry me home, misirlou, etc. Other then that, remember not to get ahead of yourself and practice, practice, practice.(personally, I only have free bird left for my medium 5 stars, but i've given up on that damn song)

i actually got 5 stars on free bird yesterday in medium i was surprised. and i think it all matters with note streaks and using your star power becasue i was wondering the same thing
