Well, pretty much...I will be able to buy a new game tomorrow, but I'm on the fence about what game to buy.

I would personally go with Shadowrun, all the sports games are exactly like their last... seems like they would get boring to me. But if you really love the sport, then maybe you'll enjoy it more, who knows.
It's totally up to you man, we can't tell you what to buy, but judging from the recent games you play, maybe you like shooters more than sports games? | |

Shadowrun would be able to get you to halo 3 alot better than madden 08 will IMO..
I have both and are both fun games but i think shadowrun would be fun for longer unless you really are into football.

I myself, could care less about Halo 3. I'm more pumped for SKATE than H3.
Sport games, I do like. But I love shooters, and I loved the Shadowrun demo, but I have also liked the Madden games in the past.
BUT, I'm worried that once H3 comes out, and some of these other nice games coming out this year, the Shadowrun community will die down a lot. Since it is a online game, it really depends on its community. But Madden, I can have a great time playing a football game against the computer/a friend here.
Eh, I don't know...

My bad i assumed that Halo 3 was the next big thing you were looking forward too like most people.
and YES, the shadowrun community will be very small once halo 3 comes out, i talk to alot of people on shadowrun and at least 75 percent of people are playing shadowrun to get them to halo 3

personally, i would wait and get bioshock...although it has no multiplayer, it looks like it will wrap you up with the story...

Don't forget about two worlds also, online multiplayer in an RPG format. Might be worth a look. But I don't think you would have any real shortage of people playing shadowrun. Its not like you couldn't take it back in awhile anyways. |
