I still can't wait for this game to get popular enough to hold competitions. Those should be more entertaining to watch than the crappy American Idol auditions.

im drooling for this game, i know a lot of ppl who are casual gamers and they are dying to play it too, so i cant wait for drunken rock band nights! lol.its at my local best buy also, just havent gone to check it out.

when i picked up my CoD4 yesterday, i went ahead and reserved the complete rock band package. i had to put down $25 in order to reserve it.
i cant wait to kick some ass on those drums. i have to say that i am a bit disappointed with the song selections. i really hope they had some more content when the game releases. whats the point of the drums if you can beat the hell out of them?

I played it today at my local Best Buy.It's alot of fun but I was disappointed there was no kick pedal for the drums available on the demo.The game itself is amazing though.the demo featured around 20 songs total and different songs for either the drums or guitar.I will say the guitar feels very cheap and flimsy.Like it would break very easily.I don't like how the buttons feel either.I do like the strum bar and the whammy bar.I never even touched the lower buttons for the hammer ons but honestly I saw no reason to and you can barely tell a regular note apart from a hammer on.The graphics and overall layout of the game is really good though and it appears there are alot of options for customization of your character. | |

They need to add Wipeout for you drum beaters... lol
question.. I haven't gotten to play it yet so ... the guitar in the pics I've seen looks to have a pickup selector... is that to choose top fret buttons or bottom?

The set list so far doesn't seem bad like this songs, they look promising...
